“The breast of a healthy mother’s milk is the microphone; the picture of the healthy mother breast feeding her child breast food in public is the poetry. Both are a natural expression of beauty and activism, a different style of poetry into the world scene able to heal, appeal, and defend against injustice. If there’s a very simple way of exposing injustice and judging discover the sight of a woman being a loving mother breast feeding her child in public then watch how quick there will be those rising up ready to do her harm-attacking and deciding what should be done to her for exposing a nipple of the woman’s breast for food or even the thought of a nipple of the woman’s breast for pleasure.  Too many people, I mean to say, too many fools - promote the thought that sight of a woman’s nipple in public places is the worst thing imaginable that every female can do. In many countries, they imprison or even plan to imprison women that breast feed in public places don’t they? If a man or woman can’t be imprison just for being a fool that they are no woman should be imprisoned for being a mother feeding breast food to her child in public”. “This photo is revolutionary. It is revolutionary because I breastfeed, in a society where the milk formula is normal and fully accepted, where the ability of women to breastfeed is discredited, where our more instinctive and mammal side is suppressed. It is revolutionary because I show my body, which is banned for breastfeeding, but not that of a bikini model. It is revolutionary because we dance and we restore our ancient Aymara and Quechua roots, because we believe that is in mourning pacha, under the cement behind the logging of forests, dams, genetically modified foods. This photo is revolutionary, because I also am.”
