Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell knows all about the final bell rings! That bell could mean defend a community or school’s out for the day!
Blackwell, a former schoolteacher, also knows well that when a community need defending or once school day ends two out of three kids are somewhere in the street without nutritious snack.
"Roger Robbie, the Hip-Hop Raccoon," the universal education mascot, knows that kids struggling in a big city like Philadelphia don’t have parents to give them money to eat snack at home, using the vending machine, or at the nearest convenience store. So, Philadelphia kids as a whole face hustling drugs and carrying guns to get snack. And when some kids avoid trouble and crimes, they are still caught up in snack time that is just not cool to eat in the street.
Blackwell knows about kids secretly eating foods their parents never let them have. Blackwell wants kids to know what snacks are for them.
Roger Robbie and Superhero Friends "Heroes of The Last Q" realize that lots of kids do know what snacks are good for them.

Roger Robbie and real-life heroes like Julius "Dr. J." Erving, the basketball legend is preparing for the month of September to be sure that kids in councilwoman Blackwell’s district are thinking of snacking on mini-meals that include nutritious "Street" Breakfast, Lunch and Snack (B.L.S). Ordering a "Street" B.L.S. means having Milk, Cheese, Yogurt, Lean Deli Meat, Beans Dip, Fresh Fruit, Fruit Juice, Salad, Vegetable Soup, Raw Veggies, Waffles, Muffins, Cookies, Ice Cream, Chicken, Popcorn, Cereal Crunchies, Pita Bread and even Hot Breakfast.
But how so?
The creator of Roger Robbie and Friends are seeking assistance in Jannie Blackwell’s district because not only has "Street Credibility" become a way of life for many busy families in Philly but "Street Nutrition" takes the place of busy schedules that often don’t leave time for a traditional meal.
"Street Credibility" means solutions to stopping the youth violence dealing with kids ages 5 years-old to 17 years-old. "Street Nutrition" means solutions to stopping the youth violence dealing with the same age group of kids but especially the after-school program that is set up without nutritious snack.
In fact, Roger Robbie’s creator is looking more closely at neighborhoods that set up some form of after-school program where there is no snack, like say at the local library, or communities that have no after-school program at all.
Big money is spent on snack food.
Today, although families in Philly must work at least 2 jobs to remain at the poverty level, Americans spend $13.4 billion a year on snack foods.
In Philly, kids don’t have money for clothes and a list of healthy groceries but they do find money to buy snack.
If Roger Robbie and Friends can get the Old Country Buffet to meet halfway using the "Power Snack" program designed to help kids who are in the street they are full of hope that support in the West Philadelphia area will arrive to complete the other half for snack.
Lewis Harris Jr. is working on a Dept. of Recreation revival, Home-Schools Connective, and Crime and Public Safety revival in Philadelphia.
Harris Jr. as of late fought hard to keep certain Philadelphia public schools open as a good platform to help the business community.
Job opportunities revival is what folks of all races want to hear and see Harris Jr. do as something fresh. Harris Jr. issues about education is key to neighborhood representation.
We can see that political committee party representation is not what it used to be.
Today in Philadelphia, political committee party representation doesn’t seem to have the empowerment to save schools. Perhaps, Businessmen like Lewis Harris Jr. can make a difference.
